Comment:
This game had it's emotional ups and downs, will get to that later.

Can't believe how long it's been since I've last Naix'd, so I ended up going for a Vlads (which was a fail as agreed by the team :/). Coco farmed up np mid against their solo Riki - which came as a... O_o ...infact their entire choice of 4x melee came as that. >_<

We were planning to NA so we left him on the table, taking the risk knowing they had 1st pick, and the risk did not pay off as they snatched him in their 1st pick. X_x They went for Riki in their 2nd round of picks so Legend went with BH as the counter.

With Shau having a power failure, Jubba was our sub.

Mid-game looked good-ish, but I reckon I was in way too few team fights, soz guyz, that wasn't cool.

After having Rax'd 1st, we had 8rR9 on the back foot but team-battles were still going either direction with their NA/Riki invis combo, coupled with their CW/SK Blink - and Lina baiting. With everyone focusing on their own thing, we didn't "micro" Jubba in the ways of warding so we were left blind most of the game. :/

What did it in for DuC was 8oR9 back-dooring top-lane after winning one of the fights. X_x This was particularly frustrating as we could do nothing but watch. To add salt and what not, the back-dooring did not stop there. :/ With Riki coming in and for mid/bot later on.

My Naix wasn't tanked up as much as we would've liked, so the battle was over in a matter of seconds late-game.

Comment:
This game started off on the wrong foot, having some lingering bad-blood from the prev game, and also trying to get the game started ASAP as it was getting late (8oR9 wanting to delay the start).

Having finally getting DP against 8oR9, I was pretty confident about this game, opting to choose Pitlord to compliment DP's pushing power.

Seems 8oR9 love solo'ing their melee. BS was actually a pretty good choice, allowing her to max out her spells ASAP - hunting down anyone left on low HP.

Didn't help that Jubba was stealing all the kills from Legend early-game. :/

Mid-game, Edge was our only hope in all that disable as his ulti would still kick ass. But that changed late-game when DP was the 1st one dead everytime. :/

So the whole pushing-strat sorta back-fired late-game with 8oR9 having their AOE bases covered, making it near impossible for us to do anything after reaching the level 3 towers.

ggwp guyz! Some nice drafting once again by 8oR9.

How do we get to post replays? we have some good replays vs other clans aswell? do we have to send it to you first? if we are alloud to put in replays?

I also think its really really lame, but its a tactic never the less. Most of the time when a team loses because of BD, they just weren't expecting it.

Definitely unexpected, especially seeing as how their was a good vibe between the clans, and then that. So not really interested in ppl that do underhanded things just to win. BD is really frowned upon, and doing it to ppl you on good temrs with is just fucked up...Bt anyway, we know the game now

Hmmm... How can I put this? This is the clan D4RK forum but Rocka was gracious enough to let DUCoRe have it's own lil section where we (read I ) can post replays of all DuC clannies. I can suggest you guyz (8oR9) get a forum of your own to post replays of your games, else speak to Rockafella and see what he says - but maybe it's not my place to advise that.

I'm not hugely against backdooring. Sometimes the desire to win is far greater than the need to keep the game ethically clean.

Personally I wasn't too upset about the backdoor. I think DUC just played badly mid game and we shoud've finished abit earlier which would have meant that 8or9 would never have been in a position to backdoor.

And besides I believe 8or9 were already in a strong enough position to win the game when they backdoored. The backdoor just confirmed the win instead of leaving it to chance.
