Game 1 (DuC vs D4RK)

Comment:
The beginning was looking good for DuC and felt like we had the upper hand. But mid-game, when D4 were always together we were not - allowing D4 to pick us off 1 by 1 with their perma-stun strat. >_<

As was mentioned in another thread, the turning point was the battle for the top-rax. D4 got picked off 2 by 2 by DuC's AOE charz.

For some reason I kept failing with Pitlord's hold the entire game, was getting to a point where it got rather irritating. :/ Thankfully Edge's Puck was there to clean up after my mess. Not sure how well potm got to farm up, but he's ganging was pretty good - netting D4 a few double-kills. Rocka played a stellar Naix, out-leveling the rest of us almost all game. Fail how for a solo I had such a kak level, which Legend pointed out to me. >_< I kept trying to tank all of D4, which resulted in my "rush" Guinsoo taking a lot longer to get. :/

Seems DK also got focused hard, with a score of 2-5 at one stage - but being a DK, he brought it back nicely. Demon was having trouble micro'ing his BM but glad to see his Ulti was not wasted. I really love Shau's thd, fire-breathing in the opposite direction... lol.

Hmmm... I can't recall seeing SK's ulti going off too often in taem fights. I saw he got a blink later on but didn't see him effectively use it, maybe that's just me not paying much attention. Thadin did a good job of staying in the background, I hardly remember seeing him - save for his ice-cube. >_< vs had his moments too.

Wow! Worst Necro ever, played by yours truly. :/ That game felt like it lasted forever with the none-stop NeoN-bashing going on... lol. >_< Anyway...

With both 3G players subbed out, we were hoping to make the best of it - but clearly I need to work on my Necro a lot more. Some v nice arrows there by Geno, it's gotta be said.

bvd's Pudge and cm dominated bot lane, feeding off of me. :/

Not much I can say. Good effort by the DuC boyz/subz.

Game 3 (DuC vs BOT)

This game had a rocky start to say the least, with BOT players with eskom issues which delayed the start by who knows how long, than while we w8'ing for 'em players the other BOT boyz (yeah, there are two BOT clans on war3) join the game telling us to start... lol. After arguing with them for what felt like forever they finally left. Once we finally got the game started, we all mass-dropped 10-15 mins in. X_x But than it was already 9pm so we decided to play bvd and continue this game at 22:30.

Onto the game itself...
Kenny and I had the bot lane under control with his aggressive Naix - they initially bushed Axe before the re, but saw that wl was having a hard time against cm/naix so Axe joined us bot this time round. I can't explain how, but BOT managed to take 1st the bot tower pretty quickly - caught me by surprise. >_<

Puck (Edge) and potm (Geno) top had things under control too, with Legend solo'ing against their DK - which I reckon would have let Legend "free-farm".

The strangest thing was that I only saw Lich for the 1st time when we were trying to take their 3rd middle-tow - I was like, they have a Lich... Oo Their Kunkka also didn't seem too menacing, guess it's cause potm/puck kept him down.

Towards the end of the game, no idea who's idea it was, but we all just planted ourselves infront of their fountain - keeping them from getting out. >_< Didn't realize how long we were doing it for til their Axe prompted us to get on with the game... lol.

Hmmm... Worst wl ever? >_< That omni/sk comba (more than omni/brood) did it in for us. X_x Not having a Medu was costly, I think it was mentioned by one of the guyz. FuQ played aggressively and it worked well.
Oh, Legend was saying that Demon was saving his ulti way too often, missing opportunities, afraid of the "steal". :/

In the end, we got out-picked/out-played.

I think D4rk played well especially in terms of timing of gangs but I feel they could of pushed a lil more and tried to capitilise on every successful gang by grabbing a tower or two.  Ironically we did exactly that by trying to get as much towers as possible after the gang Neon mentioned above.  Wasn't pretty playing with lag tho esp with the micro but me and Shau got through it >.<  Overall it was a good game and hopefully we will see some good games in the future

yeah i feel u guys. Nothing more frustrating than lag.

For some reason I was also getting quite a bit of lag (think my line was acting up) and kept doing stupid things like auto attacking a creep when trying to attack a hero .

Haha.......you're right Rocka and you guys playes so much better than previous performances, all positives....Bt like Demons said, ur pushing, you need to be a little more opportunistic to try capitalise on a push to towers with creeps if you know the enemy has very little chance of ganging you,i.e being dead or bottom lane after tping...Cus it isnt much +200 gold for every1, but it is, thats free wards and tp scrolls which help you with creeping and ganging and preventing gangs......Just a view, thawt u guys didnt take enough towers when part of our team was dead......BT WP, i like what i see
